With the Champions League title finally secured, Paris is celebrating — and so are the club’s accountants. The historic triumph has not only filled PSG’s coffers but also dramatically boosted the market value of several key players.
While most of Saturday’s starters saw their valuations rise, two names in particular have stolen the spotlight: Khvicha Kvaratskhelia and Désiré Doué.
Doué’s Meteoric Rise
Désiré Doué’s value has skyrocketed in recent months. Initially estimated at €40 million at the start of the season, the 19-year-old is now worth €90 million on Transfermarkt — and even €93.2 million according to Flashscore.
A winter signing from Rennes, Doué is already being hailed as the greatest January transfer in PSG history — possibly even across all of Europe.
Kvaratskhelia Joins the Boom
Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, the other standout from the final, is also riding the wave. His valuation jumped from €80M to €90M on Transfermarkt, and €96M on Flashscore, further confirming the smart business behind his acquisition.
With such figures, PSG’s Champions League success is paying off far beyond the trophy cabinet — and reshaping the transfer market.
