Marcus Rashford has arrived in Barcelona — and some of the club’s young talents still can’t believe it.

The English forward, now 27, joined Barça as a high-profile reinforcement, albeit expected to play a rotational role. But in just two weeks, he’s made a strong impression. Described internally as “polite, humble and hardworking,” Rashford is determined not to waste this second chance in his career — even agreeing to reduce part of his salary to make the move happen.

“Polite, humble and hardworking”

“There are many good players here, but I already knew that before coming,” Rashford told the media. “The quality is very high, the intensity too, and that’s what we have to maintain throughout the season.”

While the language barrier remains a challenge, Rashford’s professionalism and quiet focus are already speaking volumes.

From being a video game legend to becoming a real-life teammate — for Barça’s young core, the dream is suddenly very real.
