Two players proved decisive: Igor Paixão, influential after coming on at halftime, and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, who scored twice. Beye paid glowing tribute to his forward, highlighting his love for the game, relentless work rate, and decisive impact, while also praising the unwavering support of the Marseille fans. Aubameyang, for his part, relished a mentally hard-earned win in a fiery Olympico, believing the Spanish training camp strengthened the team’s cohesion and intensity. A victory that restores OM’s confidence in the race for the top spots.
