Paris Saint-Germain is eagerly anticipating the inaugural edition of the Club World Cup, set to take place in the United States from June 14 to July 13, particularly for its financial benefits.

The highly controversial tournament is shaping up to be a lucrative opportunity for PSG. FIFA has announced a total prize pool of approximately €930 million—more than double the €409 million awarded at the 2022 World Cup. As one of the 32 participating clubs, PSG is guaranteed at least €30 million, with potential earnings exceeding €100 million if they win the competition. This windfall could significantly boost the club’s finances.
