Speaking at a Financial Times event, the president of La Liga once again took aim at Paris Saint-Germain and its chairman, whom he regularly criticizes because of the club’s state-backed ownership model.
Javier Tebas has not changed his stance: in his eyes, PSG remains public enemy number one. According to him, the Parisian club holds significant influence within UEFA, particularly regarding financial fair play regulations — a sensitive issue Tebas has been battling for years.

“For me, it’s a joke that PSG and Al-Khelaïfi are in charge of financial fair play. I don’t think that’s ideal. It’s true that recently PSG has been more measured (in its spending), but it’s been a decade of partying and now that it’s becoming normal again, it’s going to run this?
