After PSG’s 7-2 demolition of Bayer Leverkusen, Daniel Riolo didn’t hold back. Speaking on RMC’s After Foot, the French pundit praised an “extraordinary performance” and even predicted a historic back-to-back Champions League triumph for Luis Enrique’s men.

“Give me a pen, because I’m ready to sign for the back-to-back. I’m holding it in my hand already,” Riolo said, clearly blown away by PSG’s display.

He was particularly impressed by the team’s current level of play, which he believes no one in Europe can match: “I’m trying to find another team capable of playing at that level. PSG won at Barcelona with a B team three weeks ago. The Bayern are strong, sure, but when Paris plays like this, they’re untouchable.”

“That’s just insane!”

Riolo did add a note of caution, recalling that nothing is guaranteed in knockout football: “Last year, Liverpool were destroying everyone at this point — and they fell to PSG in the round of 16. You have to stay careful, but 7-2… that’s just insane!”

Next up for PSG: a huge clash against Bayern Munich at the Parc des Princes on November 4. Europe is watching — and Riolo is already convinced the trophy is staying in Paris.
