FC Barcelona is going through an internal storm. While Lamine Yamal, 2nd in the 2025 Ballon d’Or at just 18 years old, is presented as the future absolute star, the reality behind the scenes is quite different: repeated injuries, overexposed private life… and now a complete break with Robert Lewandowski.
When asked in a press conference about Yamal’s situation, Lewandowski dropped a cold bombshell: “I haven’t spoken to him for a long time… and I don’t want to talk about him. He needs calm. I talk about myself.”
A violent, unexpected statement that confirms the rumors circulating in Catalonia: the two players no longer speak to each other, and the atmosphere between the two forwards is said to be icy. Ego tensions? Locker room conflict? Lack of respect? Barça refuses to comment… but everyone is talking about a fracture.
Flick can’t take it anymore: he wants to leave Barça!
As if that weren’t enough, another bombshell has dropped: Hansi Flick has already informed his staff of his desire to leave at the end of the season, according to ABC.
The German is “exhausted,” “frustrated,” and completely annoyed by: the lack of discipline in the locker room, the “privileges” granted to Yamal, players he deems “scattered,” and the absence of support from management.
Flick, a proponent of discipline, can no longer tolerate the internal workings of the club. He is seriously considering leaving… much earlier than expected.
