The PSG training center is being shaken by a new internal crisis. Following a labor inspection review, an investigation by the Social and Economic Committee uncovered several operational failures within the Academy.
The working environment is described as deteriorated. The report criticizes both organization and management, and recommends the departure of Yohan Cabaye and Lucas Vigneron, two senior figures in the structure. L’Equipe states that the committee’s investigation was launched at the end of the year after a series of sick leaves and warning signs of distress within the youth recruitment and pre-training unit.
Management Issues Highlighted Inside the Academy
Numerous testimonies mention stress, strong managerial tensions, psychosocial risks, and behavior considered inappropriate. The club says it recognizes the seriousness of the situation and promises swift follow-up actions.
PSG also reports that it is reviewing the committee’s conclusions with the greatest care. An additional internal assessment is underway at executive level, and an action plan is expected to be rolled out quickly to address the identified problems.
