Diogo Jota and his brother André Silva may have lost their lives due to excessive speed behind the wheel, according to early findings from the Spanish Civil Guard.
The Liverpool striker, 28, and his brother, 25, died last week in a car crash in Spain and were laid to rest on Saturday in Gondomar, Portugal. Investigators believe the vehicle was traveling well above the speed limit at the time of the accident.
