It’s done: Kylian Mbappé has already purchased his future house in Madrid, and the exclusive images revealed by OKDIARIO are worthy of a Hollywood film. For €11 million, the French striker has acquired the luxurious residence where Gareth Bale lived in La Finca, one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in the capital.
Kylian Mbappé is living well. A massive acquisition as the future Real Madrid player leaves PSG with a Coupe–Ligue 1 double. The property is simply spectacular: 3,000 m² of land, 1,100 m² of living space, 8 bedrooms with bathrooms, a heated indoor pool, sauna, spa, cold/hot water rooms, and a private golf course, unique in the entire neighborhood.
Outside: a football field, basketball court, swimming pool, gym, parking for seven cars… In short, a palace fit for a superstar.
Bale tough in business, Mbappé wins the tug of war
Bale, who wanted €13 million, ultimately accepted the Frenchman’s offer after lengthy negotiations. The transaction was finalized by the Realizza agency, a specialist in luxury properties. The house had been on the market since the Welshman’s departure in 2022.
Mbappé plans to move in quickly before his gathering with the French national team on June 3.
A real estate choice… very smart fiscally
According to OKDIARIO, this acquisition could be an excellent financial move: Mbappé will benefit from Ayuso’s mini-Beckham Law, offering a 20% tax reduction on real estate and financial investments for new foreign residents.
A welcome bonus as the Parisian star will earn less money than at PSG… but will now live like a king in Madrid.
