The NBA is set to arrive in Europe in 2027, and Paris Saint-Germain is currently in pole position to be part of the adventure, but at a staggering price.
The league is preparing to launch a major project on the European continent by that date, and according to Le Parisien, the North American organization would like to make the Parisian club one of the leading faces of its future “NBA Europe” championship.
PSG at the Heart of the NBA Europe Project
Thanks to its global reach, the backing of QSI, its partnership with Jordan Brand, and even its links with Kevin Durant, PSG has strong arguments to attract the NBA, but this ambition comes at a cost, with the entry fee estimated at around 500 million euros.
If this project materializes, 2027 could mark a real turning point for European basketball, with PSG emerging as a major player in a competition directly overseen by the NBA.
