Kevin Trapp has made his return to Paris, but not without clearing up a persistent rumour. No, he is not the face of Louis Vuitton. “Calling me a model is nonsense,” he told L’Équipe, visibly annoyed by the speculation.
Trapp is adamant: while he enjoys fashion and business, his priority remains football. At 35, the former PSG goalkeeper says he is impressed by the collective spirit at Paris FC. “Here, everyone welcomes you. There are no cliques,” he explained. Whether he becomes a starter or not, Trapp wants to bring top-level standards to the dressing room.
“Paris is like coming home”
The presence of Antoine Arnault and the LVMH group in the project naturally raises eyebrows, but Trapp refuses to get distracted. “That’s still far away. I’m here to play,” he insisted.
For him, this move back to the capital feels almost emotional. “Paris is like coming home,” he said, embracing the challenge with humility and ambition.
