The Clasico not only delivered a 2-1 victory for Real Madrid. It also provided a true festival of jabs, teasing, and well-placed remarks. And Lamine Yamal, the Barça gem, took quite a beating.
It all started before the match when the young Blaugrana winger (18 years old) threw a jab at Real: “They steal and then they complain all the time.” Provoking is fine — but one must be able to back it up. And on the pitch, the Catalan prodigy experienced a very complicated Clasico.
Vinicius Jr, on the other hand, could not resist the temptation to tease him after the match. Captured by DAZN Spain cameras, the Brazilian delivered a sharp remark: “Only backward passes, only backward passes!”
A tackle without the ball, Vinicius style: toothy smile, mocking gaze, well-timed punchline.
Less talk, more action
But the show did not stop there. On Instagram, Jude Bellingham, the decisive scorer, took over. A photo of his celebration, captioned “Talk is cheap” and accompanied by Elvis Presley’s soundtrack: “A Little Less Conversation.” Translation: less talk, more action.

An electric atmosphere, even in the locker rooms. And while Vinicius briefly lost his cool upon leaving the pitch (substituted in the 72nd minute, he went straight to the locker room before returning to sit on the bench), Xabi Alonso calmed things down: “Vini had a very good match. These are things we will discuss. We need to understand personalities.”
The only Madrid player to keep his cool? Aurélien Tchouaméni, a philosopher in the mixed zone: “I like this kind of tension. It pushes us to be even more competitive. It’s just words. And in the end, the match is played on the pitch — and we won.”
In summary: Yamal spoke, Real responded. On the pitch as well as off it. And in this Clasico, the last word belongs to Madrid.
