Andrey Santos, the 21-year-old Brazilian midfielder, could be leaving Chelsea permanently this summer.
After an impressive loan spell at Strasbourg, where he scored 10 goals and provided 3 assists, his value has skyrocketed, now estimated between €50 million and €60 million. According to Sport, Chelsea could capitalize on this surge in value by selling Santos and making a substantial profit.
Chelsea originally signed Santos in January 2023 for around €12.5 million.
Confirmed Departure and Return to Chelsea for Club World Cup

The Brazilian midfielder will now return to Chelsea to participate in the Club World Cup, which will take place in the United States from June 14 to July 13. This return will coincide with the special transfer window, open between June 1 and June 10.
Promising Future for Santos at Chelsea but…
Chelsea owner Todd Boehly has expressed excitement about Santos’ return, believing the player could bring added value to the team. After an impressive start to his European career, Santos appears to have the potential to integrate into the London squad. However, given his growing desirability, Chelsea may decide to sell him to boost their finances, unless a new role for him emerges at Stamford Bridge.
