After nine unforgettable seasons at Tottenham, Heung-min Son is officially saying goodbye to London. The 33-year-old South Korean forward is set to begin a new chapter in Major League Soccer, joining Los Angeles FC.

According to Give Me Sport, a verbal agreement has been reached between Spurs, the player, and the California club. The transfer is reportedly worth €20 million, with over €15 million guaranteed for Tottenham.

Son did not board the return flight to London with his teammates—he is staying in the U.S. to finalize paperwork and sign the deal in the coming hours.
