It’s official: Lucas Chevalier is now a Paris Saint-Germain player. The club has paid €40 million plus €15 million in add-ons to sign the 23-year-old Lille goalkeeper, for a potential total of €55 million.
This fee would make him the 3rd most expensive goalkeeper in football history, behind Kepa Arrizabalaga (€80M to Chelsea) and Alisson Becker (€72.5M to Liverpool), but ahead of Gianluigi Buffon (€52.88M to Juventus), André Onana (€50.2M to Manchester United) and Ederson (€40M to Manchester City).

A bold investment that underlines PSG’s determination to prepare for life after Donnarumma, betting on Chevalier’s youth and potential to secure their goal for years to come.
