Endrick is already setting Ligue 1 alight. On loan from Real Madrid, the 19-year-old Brazilian prodigy scored a hat-trick in Lyon’s emphatic 5–2 win at Metz and has quickly established himself as the new darling of the Gones.

Endrick is exploding in Lyon. Was it the right choice? For now, yes. In just three matches, he already has 4 goals and 1 assist. Set aside by Xabi Alonso at Real Madrid, he has found the perfect stage in Lyon to flourish. Despite taking a knock early in the match, he delivered an attacking masterclass and even had another goal ruled out on top of his hat-trick.

Only a Six-Month Loan, with Madrid Already Waiting

Thanks to him, OL have climbed to 4th place in Ligue 1 and are dreaming of Europe. The player has no regrets about his decision and says he is thriving in Lyon. “I’m really happy. People told me to come here, that it was a good team, and they were right,” Endrick said to Ligue 1+.
