As Liverpool turn up the heat in their pursuit of Bradley Barcola, PSG are quietly weighing their options — but only on their own terms.
According to L’Équipe, a bid exceeding €100 million could push Paris to reconsider their stance, though officially the message remains unchanged: “Barcola is not for sale.”
Behind the scenes, however, one club insider admits: “Let’s be honest, there’s a 95% chance he stays… but it’s not 100%.”
To ward off any departures, PSG have already lined up a massive contract extension for the French international. But should Barcola publicly express a desire to leave, the club’s position could shift quickly.
Rodrygo Lined Up as a Replacement
And PSG already have a name in mind if Barcola leaves: Rodrygo. The Real Madrid winger is a serious option, especially since Kylian Mbappé’s arrival in Spain has reshuffled the attacking hierarchy in Madrid. As reported by Fabrizio Romano, Rodrygo is firmly on PSG’s radar. Liverpool is also on the case.
Barcola out? Rodrygo in? Paris isn’t rushing anything — but the club is ready to act.
