In Paris, Luis Enrique has found an ideal playground. The Spanish coach is thriving at PSG, where the sporting project perfectly aligns with his principles. Between the team’s performances, the constant support of the management, and a smooth relationship with the ownership, the clear trend is toward stability.

While the agreement has not yet been finalized, discussions are well advanced. Since Luis Enrique’s arrival, PSG have deeply rethought their strategy. Under the coach’s influence, Nasser Al-Khelaïfi has set aside the star-driven approach in favor of a strong collective, with a central role given to youth and academy development. A clear direction that could be firmly established over the long term.
