Nice rules out a high-profile signing
On the sidelines of Elye Wahi’s presentation, club president Jean-Pierre Rivère was clear: there will be no Sergio Ramos in Nice. “Sergio Ramos is not on our shortlist; that’s not the case. We’re working on the transfer window, but we’re not obliged to chase big names. We have to be coherent,” he said.
The message is deliberate: no media stunt, with priority given to sporting consistency rather than marquee signings.
