Paris Saint-Germain are actively working to strengthen their attacking options. Following several confirmed departures and with more exits still possible, sporting advisor Luis Campos is exploring different solutions to reshape Luis Enrique’s frontline.
Ferran Torres remains PSG’s top priority, but negotiations are currently on hold. Paris have already seen Gonçalo Ramos join AC Milan and Kang-in Lee move to Atlético Madrid. Randal Kolo Muani is also expected to complete a move to Juventus, while Bradley Barcola and Ibrahim Mbaye could still be involved in transfer activity before the window closes.
PSG Exploring Multiple Attacking Options
According to RMC Sport, Ferran Torres is the club’s primary target. The 26-year-old Spanish international is highly valued for his versatility, as he can play both as a central striker and on the wing. His profile would help compensate for the departure of Gonçalo Ramos. However, discussions with Barcelona have yet to truly begin. PSG are aware that Torres’ market value has risen significantly after his impressive World Cup performances, particularly in the final, despite starting the tournament as a substitute. The French champions are therefore unwilling to rush into a deal or overpay, believing patience could improve their negotiating position in the coming weeks.
If the Torres move does not materialize, PSG already have alternative options. Charles De Ketelaere is among the players being monitored after contributing five goals and seven assists for Atalanta across all competitions last season. A third attacking target, whose identity has not yet been revealed, is also reportedly on the club’s shortlist. As for Eli Junior Kroupi, RMC Sport reports that PSG have not made any concrete approach this summer. Bournemouth have no intention of selling the young French striker, even though he is believed to be attracted by the Parisian project. PSG continue to admire his potential and are closely monitoring emerging talents, but the club’s strategy remains unchanged: no signing will be made simply to add numbers. Every new arrival must satisfy both Luis Enrique’s sporting requirements and the financial guidelines set by the club’s hierarchy.
