Paul Pogba’s career has been on hold—but a return could be brewing in Ligue 1. After injury setbacks and a doping suspension (since reduced), the 2018 World Cup winner is free to play again from March 2025. However, he’s waiting for the right challenge.

The MLS came calling. So did Marseille. But neither move materialized—his wage demands remain a sticking point.

According to Foot Mercato, Pogba’s entourage recently offered his services to the Principality club. Monaco, on the hunt for midfield reinforcements, is seriously considering the 32-year-old. His leadership, experience, and technical ability could prove vital—if he can get back to full fitness.
