That’s when Jorge Mendes stepped in. The agent redirected his protégé toward PSG, where Nuno Mendes exploded under Luis Enrique. Today, at just 23, he’s considered the best left-back in the world and recently extended his deal until 2029.
While Madrid stuck to their financial principles — no reckless signings, no long-term debt — they may now regret letting him slip. Meanwhile, PSG is reaping the rewards of their bold move.
