Lucas Hernandez and his partner, Victoria Triay, are accused by a Colombian family of human trafficking and concealed work, according to Paris Match.
It is French Magazine Paris Match that reveals the accusations against Lucas Hernandez. Between September 2024 and November 2025, a father, his wife, and their three children allegedly worked for the Hernandez couple without legal framework, under very heavy hours.
According to Paris Match, the PSG defender and 2018 world champion is the subject of a complaint filed with the Versailles prosecutor’s office. The family claims to have arrived in France after several promises, including that of a better life and the possibility of helping their relatives who remained in Colombia, before the situation quickly deteriorated.
Without contract or legal protection
For more than a year, the plaintiffs allegedly held various positions in the service of the couple: caretaker, security agents, cleaners, cooks, and nannies, according to their account, without contract or legal protection.
The alleged facts concern both the working conditions and the absence of a legal framework.
