Appearing as a guest on Miro de Atrás, Messi shared a more intimate confession. Despite a career crowned with success, he admits carrying a personal regret.
“I regret so many other things. I always tell my children to study and prepare themselves. When I was a child, I had the time to learn English and I didn’t do it. Later, I regretted it a lot, because I had the opportunity to meet incredible people, to experience extraordinary situations where I could speak and have conversations, and you feel ignorant. What a waste,” he explained. A surprising admission from a football legend, proving that even the greatest figures carry their own regrets.
