Speaking before the La Liga match against Real Sociedad, Mateu Alemany reiterated that the French striker remains fully committed to the Madrid side. “He still has this season plus two more in his contract. Antoine is a legend and he is in extraordinary form. The supporters will therefore applaud him as always and he will continue with us,” he told Movistar+.
Orlando City Holds MLS Discovery Rights
In recent days, discussions had nevertheless been mentioned between the entourage of the 2018 World Cup champion and Orlando City in MLS. According to several sources, the Florida club holds the player’s “discovery rights,” a mechanism in the North American league that gives it priority to negotiate a transfer.
