Real Madrid has secured one of the most lucrative partnerships in world football. According to information from Marca, the Spanish giants have extended their sponsorship agreement with Emirates until 2031.
With this new deal, the Dubai-based airline will continue to appear on the club’s jersey and will pay approximately €74 million per season to Real Madrid over the next five years. The figure once again highlights the commercial power of the Spanish powerhouse and the global appeal of its brand.
A historic partnership between Real Madrid and Emirates
The partnership between Real Madrid and Emirates dates back to 2011, when the airline first became a sponsor of the club. Two years later, in 2013, Emirates became the main shirt sponsor, replacing Bwin.
Since then, the collaboration has grown stronger over the years, accompanying one of the most successful periods in Real Madrid’s recent history, marked in particular by several UEFA Champions League titles. More than a decade after the beginning of their association, Real Madrid and Emirates are continuing their strategic alliance, now considered one of the most significant partnerships in European football.
