“We Don’t Care About Their Mood Swings”: Dugarry Slams OM Coach Beye

Habib Beye’s explosive media reaction after Marseille’s win at Le Havre continues to spark major controversy in France. Furious over leaks surrounding the team’s training camp at La Commanderie, the OM coach denounced what he called “lies” targeting “the man Habib Beye” rather than simply Marseille’s manager.

Is Habib Beye now the man everyone wants to bring down? According to… Habib Beye himself, the answer is yes. The Marseille coach completely let loose this weekend, accusing some people of leading a personal witch hunt against him.

But Beye’s comments failed to convince Christophe Dugarry. Speaking on RMC, the former World Cup winner harshly criticized the Marseille manager, claiming OM supporters could not care less about the coach’s emotional state after such a disappointing season.

“Given the season they’ve had, we don’t care about their mood swings,” Dugarry said angrily while attacking the communication strategy of the Marseille boss. The former striker also accused Beye of portraying himself as a victim while OM are going through a sporting disaster.

Dugarry went even further by suggesting the Marseille coach was becoming “paranoid.” “Is that where your paranoia has taken you?” he said, before reminding everyone that Beye had received this opportunity “through luck.” Another controversy that perfectly reflects the extremely tense atmosphere surrounding OM at the end of a chaotic season.
