José Mourinho’s potential return to Real Madrid is becoming a massive story in Spain. According to Fabrizio Romano, direct talks have been ongoing for several weeks between the Portuguese manager, his entourage, and the Madrid board despite recent public denials.

José Mourinho is reportedly getting closer and closer to signing for Real Madrid. But the possible comeback of the “Special One” would not happen under just any conditions. According to Diario AS, Mourinho has already outlined his demands to Florentino Pérez before any potential return to the Real bench.

The Portuguese coach reportedly wants significant influence over the summer transfer market and wishes to be directly involved in decisions regarding the positions that need strengthening. Above all, Mourinho is demanding total freedom in his work with zero outside interference.
