The Spanish tactician would reportedly arrive with very clear ideas. According to El Nacional, several players are already on his potential departure list. Among them are Antonio Rüdiger, whose contract is nearing its end, as well as Arda Güler.
Even more surprisingly, Trent Alexander-Arnold could also be among the profiles Emery might consider pushing aside if he were to take over in Madrid. German media have already indicated that the Spanish coach is well positioned on Real’s shortlist for the managerial role. If this option becomes reality, Madrid’s transfer window could quickly take an unexpected turn.
