He is joined by Arne Slot (Premier League winner with Liverpool), Enzo Maresca (Club World Cup and Conference League winner with Chelsea), Hansi Flick (domestic treble with Barcelona), and Antonio Conte (Serie A champion with Napoli). Simone Inzaghi, despite reaching the Champions League final with Inter Milan, is not included.

Donnarumma in the running for the Yachine Trophy

PSG goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma is one of the ten nominees for the Yachine Trophy, which honors the best goalkeeper of the season. After a standout campaign that included a Champions League title and a Club World Cup final, Donnarumma will compete against the likes of Emiliano Martinez (two-time winner), Alisson Becker, Thibaut Courtois, and Lucas Chevalier.

PSG nominated for Club of the Year

Paris Saint-Germain is also a finalist for the Club of the Year award. Other contenders include FC Barcelona, Chelsea, Liverpool, and Botafogo. Real Madrid, who won the award in 2024, are absent from this year’s shortlist.

Kopa Trophy: Doué and Neves represent PSG’s future

The Kopa Trophy, recognizing the best under-21 player in the world, features two PSG players: Désiré Doué and João Neves. Other nominees include Pau Cubarsi (Barcelona), Estevão (Palmeiras/Chelsea), Dean Huijsen (Bournemouth/Real Madrid), and Lamine Yamal (Barcelona).

The winners of all categories will be announced at the Ballon d’Or ceremony on September 22. PSG, dominant throughout the 2024–2025 season, could claim multiple honors.
