The sale of the Parc des Princes is becoming clearer. PSG and the Paris City Hall are making progress, but remain stuck on a key issue: the price, estimated between €200 million and €300 million.

The Parc des Princes case is finally moving forward. With Anne Hidalgo gone, her former deputy and political rival, Emmanuel Grégoire, has taken over at Paris City Hall. He holds a markedly different position from his predecessor. Now open to a sale, the city and PSG must primarily agree on a valuation within the €200–300 million range.

Negotiations Continue Over Stadium Valuation

With Emmanuel Grégoire’s arrival, the Parisian club regains hope. Unlike Anne Hidalgo, the new mayor supports selling the stadium to allow PSG to remain in Paris. An initial positive discussion has already taken place with Nasser Al-Khelaïfi. According to Le Parisien, the price is still being assessed between €200 million and €300 million.

The central issue remains the price. The city wants to avoid underselling the Parc des Princes, while PSG refuses to overpay. Other matters, such as naming rights and neighborhood development, are also under discussion, despite a shared desire to reach an agreement.

PSG is still hinting at a possible departure from the Parc, with alternatives like Poissy or Massy on the table, emphasizing the investments already made in research and development in recent months. However, nothing has been finalized yet.
