An astonishing controversy is surrounding Kylian Mbappé. According to Daniel Riolo, the Real Madrid medical staff allegedly made a major mistake by examining… the wrong knee of the French striker.

This revelation has caused a significant stir. Speaking on RMC, Daniel Riolo claimed that an “absolutely huge blunder” was made by Real Madrid’s medical team in their handling of Kylian Mbappé. “It is said that they examined the wrong knee,” the columnist stated, pointing to a serious error that may have contributed to the recent restructuring of the club’s medical department.

Riolo did not hold back, calling the situation “a total disgrace,” and suggesting that Mbappé “could have completely damaged his knee” by continuing to compete under such conditions. The situation is considered even more baffling given the stature and resources of a club like Real Madrid.

Ultimately, it was in France that the striker found answers, after consulting specialist Bertrand Sonnery-Cottet. The expert advised against surgery. Although Mbappé has now recovered, the incident raises serious concerns about the medical management within the Madrid club.
