On the eve of the UEFA Champions League second-leg playoff between Paris Saint-Germain and AS Monaco, both sides head into the clash weakened by several absences.
Paris, comfortable 3-0 winners over Metz, need only a draw to secure qualification. Monaco, who pulled off a dramatic 3-2 comeback victory at Lens, must win by at least a one-goal margin to advance.
Numerous Key Absences Ahead of a Decisive European Clash
For PSG, Quentin Ndjantou is the only confirmed absentee. Ousmane Dembélé, Désiré Doué, Fabian Ruiz and Senny Mayulu all remain doubtful ahead of kickoff.
Monaco have been hit even harder, with Mohammed Salisu, Takumi Minamino, Alexandr Golovine (suspended), Paul Pogba, Lukas Hradecky, Eric Dier, Pape Cabral and Kassoum Ouattara all ruled out. Krépin Diatta and Christian Mawissa are also major doubts, despite the expected returns of Maghnes Akliouche, Vanderson, Thilo Kehrer and Ansu Fati. A high-stakes European showdown awaits, with both squads far from full strength.
