Paris Saint-Germain secured their place in the 2025-2026 Champions League Round of 16 on Wednesday at the Parc des Princes. Despite conceding a 2-2 draw against AS Monaco, the Parisians advanced thanks to their 3-2 victory in the first leg in the Principality.

As in the opening clash, Paris capitalized on a numerical advantage after Mamadou Coulibaly was sent off just before the hour mark, a decisive turning point in this two-legged battle.

Against the Blues, it would be a rematch of the Club World Cup final won by the London side this summer (3-0). Against Barça, there would be a sense of revenge in the air, even though Paris claimed a 2-1 victory in Catalonia on October 1 during the league phase.

In any case, PSG already know there will be no respite. On March 10 or 11 at the Parc des Princes, then a week later away from home, they will need to be ready.
