The end may be approaching for Cristiano Ronaldo. According to journalist Ben Jacobs, the Portuguese superstar is considering leaving Al-Nassr at the end of the season before bringing his career to a close after the 2026 World Cup.

Nothing is official yet, but the timing and the script have all the makings of a carefully prepared farewell for one of the greatest players in history. A few months ago, Ronaldo already said it would be his last World Cup: “Will it be the last? For sure. I’ll be 41 and I think it will be time.”
