The club’s banker must be grinning. PSG just pocketed an extra €25.4 million for that semi-final win alone. Yes, for one match. That makes it the most lucrative game in the club’s history, ahead of even their best Champions League campaigns (which topped out at €18.5M for a semi-final).

The final against Chelsea on Sunday night could bring in another €8.5 million — with €33.9 million awarded to the winner, and €25.4 million for the runner-up.
