Kevin Trapp is set to make his Ligue 1 return. More than seven years after his last match with PSG, the 35-year-old German goalkeeper has agreed to join Paris FC on a three-year deal.
Paris FC lands Kevin Trapp ! The newly-promoted club will pay €1 million to Eintracht Frankfurt to buy out the final year of Trapp’s contract. A Paris player between 2015 and 2019, he will keep the same salary he earned in Germany (€3.5m per year plus bonuses).
Winner of the Europa League in 2022, Trapp will skip the opening round of the German Cup this weekend and is now waiting for the transfer to be made official. Eintracht has already lined up Werder Bremen’s Michael Zetterer as his replacement.

At Paris FC, Trapp is expected to serve as either the starting goalkeeper or a strong backup option — and will even as a model for Louis Vuitton, a brand owned by LVMH, which recently acquired the club.
