As the new campaign begins, Luis Enrique has made PSG’s ambitions crystal clear: stay on top of Europe. Ahead of Sunday’s trip to Nantes, the Spanish coach set the tone — in near-perfect French.

His mantra? “Keep writing history.” Already Champions League winners a few months ago, PSG now want to go one step further: defend their crown. “Winning it twice in a row is rare, but that’s what we want. We have the ambition, mentality, and level to achieve it,” Enrique insisted.

Speaking to reporters, he was equally direct: “After what we did last year, the logic is simple: target every trophy. We must behave like a team that wants to win everything.”

“The real challenge is to remain unpredictable”

But Enrique knows staying at the top will require more than talent: “The real challenge is to remain unpredictable. Dare to change, innovate, step out of our comfort zone. That’s how we’ll keep our edge,” he warned.
