Michael Olise will soon have to change address. The villa occupied by the French international in Munich is set to be sold by its owner, Jérôme Boateng.
Olise may have to move elsewhere in Munich before potentially heading to Madrid. Since joining Bayern Munich in the summer of 2024, he had reportedly been renting the property since September. According to Bild, former Germany defender Boateng has now decided to sell it, forcing the French winger to find a new home.
A Move in Munich or a Transfer to Madrid?
The situation comes as Olise has settled perfectly at Bayern. The former Crystal Palace player quickly established himself as one of the Bavarian club’s most important attacking players thanks to his performances and consistency.
The house move is not directly linked to his sporting future, as Bayern still considers the French winger a key part of its project. However, Real Madrid are reportedly applying serious pressure, with Kylian Mbappé said to have been asked to convince his France teammate to move to Spain.
Olise must now either find another home in the Munich area before beginning his second season with Bayern or consider buying a property in Madrid. It could be a summer of major changes for the French international.
