The 2026 World Cup is not only making headlines for what happens on the pitch. A study conducted by the artificial intelligence platform DreamGF ranked the tournament’s most attractive players using the famous “Golden Ratio,” a method that evaluates facial symmetry, balance, and harmony.

So who is considered the most handsome player at the World Cup? According to the study, the winner is Rodrigo De Paul. The Argentine midfielder, who won the previous World Cup with Argentina, tops the rankings with a score of 74.18%.

The DreamGF top three therefore consists of Rodrigo De Paul (74.18%), Kai Havertz (74.10%), and Noni Madueke (73.29%). While the ranking is bound to remain subjective despite its mathematical approach, it has already sparked plenty of reactions on social media. An unusual distinction for De Paul, who would undoubtedly prefer to lift a more prestigious trophy at the end of the 2026 World Cup.
