Florian Wirtz isn’t just switching clubs—he’s stepping into a whole new financial league.
According to Sky Germany, the 21-year-old German star will earn a staggering €20 million gross per season (approx. £17 million), excluding bonuses.
That’s nearly four times the €4.5M (approx. £3.85M) he was making at Bayer Leverkusen. Over the length of his contract—until 2030—Wirtz is guaranteed to earn at least €100 million (around £85 million).
The medical is scheduled for next week, with the official signing to follow. On the pitch and on the payroll, Liverpool means business.
