Jack Grealish appears to be heading for the exit. Left out of Manchester City’s squad for the Club World Cup, the 29-year-old winger is no longer part of Pep Guardiola’s plans.
Despite being under contract until 2027, Grealish has not attracted any concrete offers, according to Marca. City, who signed him for over €100 million (£85M) from Aston Villa in 2021, are now considering a loan deal — and are even open to covering part of his salary to make it happen.
It’s a sharp fall from grace for a player once hailed as the future of English football.
