Wydad make a big splash: Wissam Ben Yedder arrives in Casablanca, Morocco! A new adventure for the player, who is currently dealing with legal troubles in France.

It is now official. After brief stints in Iran (Sepahan SC) and Turkey (Sakaryaspor), Wissam Ben Yedder (35) is taking on a new challenge… in Morocco. According to L’Équipe, the former AS Monaco striker has signed a six-month deal with Wydad AC, the leaders of the Moroccan league.

Ben Yedder reunites with Hakim Ziyech

And the adventure could last: a contract with an option to extend until June 2027 awaits the French international in Casablanca, where he will notably reunite with Hakim Ziyech.
