The wait is over — Cristiano Ronaldo has extended his contract with Al-Nassr. Despite strong interest from Al-Hilal, the 40-year-old Portuguese superstar has chosen to continue his journey in Riyadh.
The Saudi club confirmed the news this Thursday with a video announcement and the message: “The story continues.” Ronaldo, who was out of contract, has now committed for two more years, taking his adventure through to 2027.
Chasing 1,000 goals
Speaking to Record, the five-time Ballon d’Or winner said: “My ambition has no finish line. It’s consistency, commitment, and teamwork that make us better — and that’s what I’m ready to deliver. We’ve started a new chapter.”
And what a chapter it could be. Ronaldo now sets his sights on an audacious personal milestone: reaching 1,000 career goals.
With the Saudi Pro League growing in stature, Al-Nassr — and Ronaldo — aren’t done writing history.
The Story continues.. 🐐 💛
