Erling Haaland is reportedly open to considering a move to Real Madrid as early as this summer — but under one clear condition, according to Spanish outlet El Nacional.
Could Erling Haaland be Real Madrid’s striker next season? According to the Spanish press, yes. But there is an important requirement: the appointment of Jürgen Klopp as the new head coach to replace Álvaro Arbeloa.
Transfer Depends on Coaching Decision
The Manchester City forward, who has scored 42 goals in 42 matches this season, has reportedly made his position known internally. His future would therefore depend directly on the choice of Madrid’s next manager.
There would also need to be tough negotiations with Manchester City, who are unlikely to let their Norwegian striker leave easily, with his contract running until 2024 — even if Pep Guardiola steps down from his role.
