Initially set to become a free agent in June, Neymar (33) has officially extended his stay at Santos until December 2025. Despite interest from several European clubs, the Brazilian star has chosen to finish the Brazilian league season with his boyhood club.

According to Globo Esporte, the short-term deal allows Neymar to keep control over his future, particularly with the 2026 World Cup and the upcoming January transfer window in mind.
