Paris FC wants to recruit… N’Golo Kanté! Already targeted last summer, the French player is firmly in the sights of the Parisian club, which is struggling in Ligue 1.
According to Foot Mercato, Paris FC aims to make one of the biggest moves in Ligue 1 history: attracting N’Golo Kanté, who is free in 2026 and has not yet extended his contract with Al-Ittihad. Yes, the 2018 World Champion, the midfield powerhouse, is indeed targeted by the Parisian club, now bolstered by the millions from the Arnault family.
Currently 12th in Ligue 1 and in search of a true leader, PFC dreams of taking its project to another level. Marco Neppe, the new sporting director, wants to establish the club in the European landscape and sees Kanté as the perfect symbol: experience, international aura, immediate media impact.
N’Golo Kanté in Ligue 1 to prepare for the World Cup?
The competition will be fierce: Napoli, Saudi clubs, and other European teams are also following the player. But Paris FC is determined. What if Jean Bouin became the new home of N’Golo Kanté? With just a few months until the World Cup, this idea could very well become a reality.
