Paris Saint-Germain are preparing for a blockbuster summer transfer window. Defense, midfield, and goalkeeper positions are all under review, with several high-profile moves expected to accelerate in the coming weeks.
An explosive summer is on the horizon for PSG, with all areas of the squad under construction. According to PSG Inside Actus on X, the club is planning to make a strong impact with 4 to 5 new signings. A strategic meeting at the end of the month is expected to shape key decisions, especially as multiple departures are already being considered.
Major squad overhaul planned across defense, midfield, and goalkeeping
In defense, a major clear-out is underway: Beraldo is close to leaving, Lucas Hernandez is being pushed out, and at least three reinforcements are being targeted (center-back, right-back, and left-back). Names such as Joel Ordóñez, Ibrahima Konaté, Diouf, and Oosterwolde are already being discussed.
In midfield, Paris aims to shift direction by targeting a young, technical profile similar to João Neves. Interest in Baleba and Manu Koné has been revived, while Enzo Fernandez has been ruled out. Nico Paz has also emerged internally as an option, although competition from Europe’s top clubs is expected to be intense.
Meanwhile, the goalkeeper situation is adding further tension. Lucas Chevalier, frustrated by his reduced role, could leave the club. PSG are already anticipating this scenario with several options such as Caprile, Trubin, or Diogo Costa. A turbulent transfer window is shaping up across all areas of the squad.
