Real Madrid are preparing a huge financial move involving Nico Paz. According to the Spanish press, the Madrid club officially announced on Thursday its intention to activate its buy-back clause to bring back the young attacking midfielder, who left for Como in the summer of 2024.
Nico Paz will probably not play for Real Madrid, but the club wants to buy him back. Here is the plan: Real Madrid are reportedly considering quickly reselling the Argentine international in order to make a massive profit, with a price that could reach nearly six times the amount of his buy-back fee.
Real Madrid’s Plan to Cash In on Nico Paz
Real Madrid have confirmed that they have triggered the €9 million clause to bring him back to Madrid. But after that, the player’s future remains uncertain for now.
For their part, Como still have one last card to play. The Italian club have until Monday to activate an option allowing them to keep Nico Paz permanently for €60 million, which could completely reshape the situation.
The saga is therefore far from over. One thing is certain: Real Madrid fully intend to get the maximum value from one of their biggest prospects, whether on the pitch or on the transfer market.
